    thank you for replying, but as i recall it correctly there new system was not available to the public, there new system (with the logo 12links) was only available to be booked by users who have already purchased links at iwebtool, now they are advertising it to the public.

    It was avaliable on the new tools to the public... there were only restrictions on the older tools due to the 12 links being reduced hence preference was given to exisiting customers so they wouldn't loose their current listing(s)...
