agreed. they aren't worth much right now, you need to give that extension some time and hold on to the domain. Probably a best bet to register it for 5 years and just let it ride out (or even develop it)

.mobs are really taking off I regged a few LLL ones I look for good terms and goot numbers on the domain etf like 888 888 888 when you type it in

business will be looking for things like this in the future...I currently only have 3 . mobi's yet I will buy more soon.

just like all new ext...it went crazy in the first few month...once it cool down, real value appear...we will see

 

Good call ahkip. Still way too early to tell if this extension will fly. The handful of premium generics that were auctioned off is too small a sample size to give anymore than an indicative yardstick of value.

The sales quoted by Connections are from Pool's closed marketplace. However until I see more transparent auctions (say in DP) I would take those with a grain of salt.

I am adopting the 5 year view as highlighted by fsmedia - I will develop my .mobi domains but am staying realistic about mainstream take-up.
