i joined www.ivillage.com one of the biggest womans health sites on the plannet. i logged in and started to use it, then i wanted to use the make up section, well i clicked and got a popup saying you have to be logged in to use this section, strange because the page i am on says i am logged in, "even has my name on it" in the popup it says click here to login, i did that, and click the login button and poof another popup telling me i am already logged in, "click close to close this window" so now i am back to the page i started, with another popup to register, so to amuse www.ivillage.com i register again, and click the "register button" poof another popup telling me i am already registered, click close to close this window and login. by now i am really getting pissed off with ivillage.com so i clear cookies, clear history, clear all passwords and personal information, restart fire fox and head back to .ivillage.com click the make up link, and a popup, "you need to be logged in to use this section" really pissed off now, the popup games started again i email them. so i email ivillage.com Original Message Follows: ------------------------- Customer Service Mail First Name: sammie Last Name: xxxx Email: Order Number: not supplied Permission to enter account if need to investigate: yes Comments: you can delete my account, your site login sux big time, i am told i am logged in and it keeps telling me to log in then register again, it's stuck in a loop. well sorry i register once, if a site as big as yours cant get it's login sorted out, then it aint worth the bother. goodbye sammie their reply: Hello , We received your request to cancel, but are unclear as to whether you want to cancel your entire membership, or just cancel the emails that are coming to you.
