I've seen lots of racy images on myspace.com, is it legal to post them there?

Is it illegal to post images of half naked women on myspace.com? It's kind of a silly question, but I'm curious. I've seen a lot of half naked pictures of women on it. I've also seen a lot of spam on myspace, is spamming it a violation of the CAN-SPAM act? I'm thinking that it isn't since you aren't sending actual emails.

Right, but is it illegal? You'd think myspace would press charges against people spamming their service.

Nope, I mean spamming. Myspace probably doesn't see it as promotion when it is their resources being used for free. That's why I asked if they would be able to press charges for spamming nearly nude images.
