i've read that upcoming release of .UK in 2013 will rplace the .co.uk???

    i've read that upcoming release of .UK in 2013 will replace the .co.uk???
    so a new tld will be available
    is that a rumor or it's true????

    actually i've read in another forum that the tld .uk will be realeased in 2013 and will replace the .co.uk
    i don't know if that's true or just a rumor
    i'm searching everywhere about that and i get something new i'll give more info

    It's still under consultation. Having domain.uk will be nice, as long as they don't screw up the rollout.

    From what I remember reading on nominet.org.uk the .uk will be an additional domain to.co.uk not a replacement.
