Ive made a paypal acc just now and i got this message

    Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

    # Jun. 28, 2008: Our system requires further account verification.


    why???? :( theres a lot of people now when they are signing up and and a new
    member and they got new payment and they are trying to pay, the paypal will
    limit there acc faster. why ?? is this a new system in paypal?

    Do you received money for big amount at the first time? if yes, its always happen mate to secure your account don't worry, just follow their instruction in resolution centre, your account will be back soon :) good luck

    It can look like a lot of possibilities but you won't know the exact reason without contacting PayPal. All you have to do is complete the account verification process and you should be fine afterwards.

    Either you received alot of funds in a short period of time

    OR tried to send money within your accounts (layering)

    OR received money from a problematic account

    OR IP banned for other reasons.
