Good that you asked coz I havent sold any yet!! Still working on this site though so will submit to google soon
Oh man, at first I thought it was +270... but Negative.... that's gotta sting! Have faith that the next day will be better.
Yes and thankfully you're not using paid ads.... so I can have the customers you are losing. Paid advertising has worked for centuries, but I think you should stick with bum marketing.
you can also have all of my customers that i'm losing, i don't mind i like your attitude. as long as you are happy paying for something that we're getting for free im happy to. i'll stick with bum marketing as well
Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I think you're missing the point..... Do you think many people are saying to themselves ... "let me go read an article to help me find a cure, job, new car, girlfriend"??? (insert whatever you are marketing) Some people will read articles, and perhaps buy your product or service ....but that is what's known as fishing for minnows.... By using paid ads I get traffic that returns to my site, URL sent to the viewers friends family, a great lift from building my brands. (Impressions from paid search are eyeballs seeing my ad for free ) and truly targeted traffic that converts to sales. I also get the person who hates to click paid ads copying & pasting the URL from the Ads in their browser to visit my sites!! Let me know your niche and I'll be glad to hop in and take your leftovers for myself....... If you are really nice you will let me know your site(s) that are converting so I can copy that too lol........
why would i care what people that you mention say to themselves? did i mention articles anywhere? dont think so. i don't rely on them for my traffic, they are just backlinks for me. i'm quite happy having my pages on google's top positions right next to your paid ads without paying a cent. as for the niche, i'm in quite a few of them, so you are probably picking up my 'leftovers' already finally, i don't want to start a fight over what's better ppc or bum. I don't care. I just don't see how you are in position to be sarcastic over Bl4ckman's post while paying for something that he's getting for free. Doesn't make you look any smarter does it? carry on with what you are doing if you are good at it instead of giving your advice whether someone should stick to something or not.
Ok well I was just having some friendly banter... and offering a perspective others might not have found. What you take and learn from it is your decision. Ignorance is bliss they say. PS I have rankings in #1 position for over 60 months on the organic side, and a few 1,000 others in the top 3 for the major search engines, so no need to thump our chests.....
Clickbank is just killing me lately. It's part of the reason I've been concentrating more on other things. Over 1100 hops over the last 7 days without a single sale. Should be high quality... I was 1 in 85 for the first week of the month.
Depends what niche your are in... I think the diet niche will be abit quiet this month so maybe you should work on some other niches and get them running. I'm sure this will blow over eventually you just need to be patient
If the economy issues are having a big of impact as what we are seeing now, then I wouldn't be so hopeful of things turning around soon. I haven't heard a single word about this recession turning around anytime soon. This could be a looong winter for everyone.
This is as an affiliate... very little diet niche hops actually. I am in the diet niche as a publisher and have done slightly better with that (although still pretty crap.)
Yeah I read the news today it GE Money have lulled out of Home, Car loans in my country!! But like other things they do have their cycle so i think we just need to wait it out. Maybe you guys need to find a job as well.
Anyone here who trades stocks probably knows the basics for trading in a recession: own the stocks of companies that make things people HAVE to buy, not WANT to buy. Your average Clickbank info-product strikes me as something that is NOT going to be very recession-proof. ... Like $40 ebooks on how to get your dog to do tricks, which are fully refundable for 8 weeks and let you KEEP THE PRODUCT. I mean, I wouldn't get too discouraged about macroeconomic conditions, because there are always buyers out there somewhere. But many of the offers you find on Clickbank aren't exactly shining examples of how to be recession-proof. Infoproducts that deal with finding jobs, getting rid of debt, and making necessities cheaper or more efficient are likely to do well over the next 12 months...
apatters - you have an interesting point there. I may start to take that into consideration... I'm not too sure any eBook is really a good thing to be selling right now. At least that's how it seems as far as my recent results.
Forex appears to be one of the few niches that can prosper from all of this, however the refund rates are out of this world respectively so. Thankfully I have been quietly working with a partner creating an expert advisor that does things a little differently and A LOT more consistently. Look out for it
Make money online niches always had high refund rates, because when it involves investing or "losing" money, people always remember about money back guarantees.
