One of the big mistakes people make is losing focus. Keep doing what is working. Focus on making what is working more efficient for you. That may mean outsourcing or expanding the kinds of articles you write. But if you found a product that is converting with article traffic - keep working it. See if you can discover where the articles were picked up. Then go directly to that web site owner and offer to write some ore articles exclusively for them.. That's a win-win for both of you. Sorry Guys, I didn't mean to take so long to reply. I've been very busy the past few days but I will try to go down the list and answer some questions.
I've been targeting a lot of categories. For the sake of being exploited, I don't really want to give up my niche. I just kept testing different niches until I found one that was hot.
I'm promoting anything I can find on clickbank. Despite what many people will tell you, you should target products with high competition. At least that's what works for me. It means that these are popular products. There's a market for them. Get a piece of the pie.
No I haven't built any backlinks. I'm really quite new at this. I've submited to Ezinearticles and Goarticles. No I don't re-write anything. Everything is 100% fresh content.
Try any popular niche and just test it. That's the best advice I can give to you without telling you exactly what I'm doing. That's what I did. I looked at the popular niches and tested what I thought would work.
He/she did it by doing and taking action. Try it. This is not that difficult. The hardest part is taking 10 or 15 minutes to write an article. It is that simple. If you write an article and don't make a sale, big deal. Write another one. The method, niche, type of article they used might not be good for you. Take the first step and do something and you might be surprised) By the way, this is not directed to you personally, just to those hundreds of people who are afraid to take that first step.
Zeekstern, I appreciate that comment. I don't like being rude to anyone but it really bothers me when someone asks for the exact niche and product I'm promoting. It took me hours and in some cases days to find out what works and people expect you to hand it over for free. I can give those people advice..use googles search engine, use youtube to answer these questions...use your resources OR pay someone to show you...but nothing is going to be free.
Yeah, I know what you mean. It took me a year and a half to take any action cause I was afraid of doing something wrong or failing. What an idiot I was. Then I woke up one day, wrote my first article that sucked big time and made a sale 2 weeks later. Heck, I didn't even have a website, just linked to the sales page. It really is that simple.
You just gotta get it crackin buddy. It's not hard to make money. I'm going to start mentoring one on one...I see a lot of people are having problems with making money with clickbank. I can help.
Hey congrats! You are well on your way, now if you have some extra time and just cannot write any more articles, spend time backlinking to those articles, social sites can be the easiest. Still more time, try blog commenting in the same niche, if you are really good at writing you could try guest posting on a high ranking blog as well. Get the traffic flowing and the cash will follow!
