I've just been kicked off of yahoo, I have no idea why, the site is about 6 months old. It ranks extreemly well in msn, quite well in google, I noticed my yahoo organic search was geting lower and lower every day. Now they have pretty much killed me. They seem to have blown me completely off of the SERPS what on earth is going on? what did I do so wrong?
I would watch it for a couple days, before deciding for sure you have been banned. Yahoo and MSN are strange, I see it occasionally, all my keywords fall out in the keyword tracker... next day they jump back. Have you adjusted weight lately? Got a lot of new backlinks? Dropped a bunch of backlinks? Put a new add in rotation? Everything I make some change like that, it seems to drop to nothing for a day or two, then bounce back. Could be something totally different in this case though...
Yes I got a lot of back links from an associate forum site (thousands), but why would this count against me??? No add in rotation, I’m not sure what you mean by adjusted weight, do you mean added content, if so not really. Do you see this happen with google and msn, or is it just yahoo that drops you out for gaining links? Seems odd to me !!!
How could you be sure? Your site is in yahoo index: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=ai...=UTF-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&fr=moz2 You also have 800+ inlinks: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.c....com&bwm=i&bwmf=s&bwmo=&fr=moz2&fr2=seo-rd-se
If you look at the picture i've added (attached at the top on my 1st post), I may not have been kicked off completely, but you can see they dropped all of my keyword SERP ranks (except 1) to infinity!!! I was ranking 1 2 or 3 for some of them on yahoo!
omg, its not yahoo, it seems to be the digital point tool thats lying for yahoo. For some reason, it says im less than 50 on yahoo, eg if you search ******** im actualy number 9 ( and 2 ,3, 4 for others that im ranking for that show up less than 50 on keword tracker, i think something has gone wrong) Could it be due to searching from the uk? Sorry I dont want to say my keywords, until I feel fully established
