As the title says I have got money to spend, but I don't know what kind of site to create to make money from. I have been out of the internet business so I would like some advice on niches that are blossoming that one could earn upon commission products.
a few are: real estate (some good money) music movies sites like rapidshare anything technology their are really lots if you have the money to put into them to advertise you can make anything successful
I think niches related to health and well being are quite profitable, others such as credit checks, restoring credit especially with the economic climate, technology niches like music legend said also things like Anti Virus if you go to Download.com a lot of the technology stuff on there is trial or has the opportunity to pay for the full version later so any of these popular software could probably make a good niche where you could convert after the trial period.
the best way to tackle that issue is look at how others are making money. Ask yourself, "Can I do what they are doing better or for less money?" Innovation is what you should be focused on. Browse around the internet to see what people are complaining about. Chances are there are others out there who have the same problem and they are looking for a solution
