I've got low to mid $xxx Sell me something quick!

OK I had a deal that went bad so I got a refund. Now I have an extra mid $xxx sitting in my PayPal.

I normaly try to keep my paypal empty because of all the horror stories I've read about them stealing your cash so if I dont buy something within the next 24 hours I'm moving it back to my bank account.

I'm looking for a site that is either:

A) Unique (preferrably custom coded) that I can build on. Traffic and revenue not important but if it has some we can discuss the price.

B) Not so unique but has traffic and revenue. I don't care about pagerank I want traffic and revenue stats.

C) An unfinished project. (must be coded in PHP)

A combination of the above may fetch you a better price. I've been buying and selling for a long time and I know how to do my own due dilligence. Please don't waste my time with lameduck scam sites, fake sites, dead forums with paid posting, etc etc.. I WILL embarrass you.

If you have a new idea site you're developing and have given up on it (must be coded in PHP) I can buy that from you as well.

First is TruTrade.net, a pretty nice Directory, get's signups everyday...

and

TargetDemand.com dates all the way back to 2003, when moving servers, my partner, I guess, left it behind, at present do not have the time to rebuild it.

Hey, you might consider www.ArticleDoctor.com custom article script, with admin panel. I have adbrite on there cos I wanted to see how good it was, please be 100% assured the site is not banned from adsense or anything else for that matter.
Very little traffic, never got round to promoting it (hardly surprising I have about 30 developed sites :s ) - as such only 90 uniques in April.

It has a fantastic name and comes loaded with about 400 articles.

It's not ugly... it's just an extension of FasterUpload.com. We own a few domains and since this is unfinished, as you stated above... If you don't like it you don't have to say it's ugly..

Is sendmefile.net ugly? That's another unfinished site of ours.. as well as mega-file.com.
