Funny, he hasn't responded to any posts mentioning the fact he is spamming, which is against the TOS and good web practices.
Yes, Adsense will never catch you again How about being honest and stop with click fraud??? That might help.
He stated in a previous post that his traffic came from "80% from yahoo groups i have around 40 groups and every day i send a message and have 2500 -- 4000 page views per day" This looks fishy to Google's automatic checker thingamajig and they kicked him for basically spamming via Yahoo groups. Spamming even through the groups is considered invalid click activity. Also about the money Google states: "According to our Terms and Conditions, publishers disabled for invalid click activity may not receive any further payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers. Please also note that we place stop payments on any outstanding checks for accounts that have been disabled for invalid click activity. We ask that you refrain from depositing any checks you may receive in the future, as your bank may charge fees for depositing a stopped check." I think he should move on to other ad sources. Good Luck to you. Learn from this experience and move forward.
I'm going to agree on this one. This starts to seem a little fishy if it's consistently coming from "yahoo groups", you're better off with natural seo.
If you try to open another adsense account, I think they will again ban you as soon as they get any clue about you being banned before. If you havnt done anything against Google TOS, then I suggest you explain your problem to google adsense support
The 1st thing I thought was this: The OP emailed his "1,000,000" contacts asking them to go to his site and click on the ads. One (or more) contacts reported him to Google (or may even work for them) As I said though, this was just my first thought till I read about you not being suitable for adwords. You still havent mentioned the name of your site. Sounds like OP is hiding something
