    I guess that pretty much answers your questions. Generating traffic through means such as email, email groups, yahoo groups, orkut, craigslist, classified sites is gonna harm you today or tommorow. Especially if its a large chunk of your traffic, 5% is OK but not 50% of your traffic coming from these sources.

    why they ban you if they ban you for invalid clicks then send them an email with log file contain the ips for peoples who clicked on your ads and explain for them that you are not respond for those invalid clicks
