    hey Justin.......not all host are bad, it depends on their service, reputation in market and their stay in hosting business.

    For sustaining in hosting business you need to be more active and should have excellent hardware and support team for retaining and getting customers.
    It's more of challenging business but if worked hard and properly then surely you will get success in long terms.
