Just confused why I still get PR0 for my dating website http://www.wantsmillionaire.com. I've spent tons of efforts on SE submission, content building, link building, etc. Any suggestions for me?
Don't worry you will get it. Try to build strong links. I mean to say get backlinks from high PR sites. My blog is 5 months old. I am also waiting for it's PR.
Waiting game I am affraid. PR is not the be-all and end-all. I have ranked the first page on alot of my specified keywords with sites of 0PR. Providing your site is extremely google friendly, you should have no problems!
Some of my friends told me that they can get ranked in 2 or 3 months. So I'm worried on this before. I think what you said is quite reasonable: rank on the first page is much more important. Thanks again.
Yeah, I have recent check your site. Your site have only 3 backlink in google. As you know backlinks are must need for PR. But Your site layout and content is very good. According to my experience your site have repeat meta tags problem. So please review your site meta tags.
one of the things that could be going against you is the bounce rate, the length of time anybody stays on your page. if people come to it and leave immediately, google sees it as irrelevant. the text was hard to read, too small, and 80% of the text couldn't be read at all... create a better page that draws the visitor in. also, add high PR backlinks as mentioned above
Hi, I have just gone through a random analysis for your website. I have seen following problems: 1. You need to make your website search engine compatible currently your website need URL re writing. 2. Huge java script codes in present on the pages which needs to be called from the external file. 3. Content is good on your website but it is not greatly visible to the visitors and due to which the bounce rate is higher. Which is also one of the factor for delayed page rank. 4. Your website back links are not that powerful which can bring the page rank please make sure that you get good high page rank links to your website and go for a mixed link building approach one kind of link won't be suffice for your website. You need good number of back link for your website. Thanks, AG
I agree with quiosys, putting a text colored in dark gray on a black background is a very bad choice, you should fix that ASAP. Apart of being extremely unfriendly to users, this may look like a black hat method to search engines and in worst case scenarios can result in penalties. Besides that, I think you should really concentrate on rankings. PR will come in time and it is not so important for you. Traffic, on the other hand, is almost everything for you.
