    I have been doing that.

You see it's weird it took me four months to get a PR 3, and 3years have passed and I have been building links lots of it. So I would think it would be PR4 for by now

    Hi Shahab6...

I suggest you to look for higher PR backlinks...if you want to jump to PR4 you need some PR5 backlinks, and if you want to jump to PR5...you need some PR6 backlinks...

    Where you get this backlinks?

Just try to submit your site to higher PR directory..it will boost your PR in the next PR update.

The ideea is to build powerfull backlinks from high PR websites, at least pr 3 like yours, a PR5 or 6 is more than perfect.

Its great seeing peoples attitude towards PR changing.
    Most newbie’s think it’s important, it’s not.
Work towards search engine rankings, if PR comes then so be it.

    Thanks Brian

As far as I am concerned, PR just is the green bar which specifies the health of a website. That is, do not mind it when you see that your blog/site is up and running. What has to be worked on more is, maintaining a good community around your site and trying to get some good backlinks so that you can stay on the bandwagon in the years to come.

Oh well, have 1 PR5 stuck for almost 2 yrs - taking too much effort to hit the PR 6 mark. The good thing is the SRPS is good for this site!
