I think I have posted in buy and sale forum twice and now I can't. Why have forum veterans been hit with this policy?. On edit: I've been here 7 years.
This was discussed many number of times. Please search this "Support and feedback" section for the answers. And, Yes, you have to live with it. No other go!
Because Shaun wants more of your money. Pay up or gtfo. (or wait until someone likes 3 of your posts)
You need to become established member for doing that. And to be a established member you need three likes. But you have 1 like only. Get two more likes or get Premium membership.
If thats the case, then Shawn could never have introduced the concept of "established" member Its upto us to either spend the money or spend some quality time on this forum
OP, like many other veterans who have been royally f**cked by that move, have spent 9 or more years of quality time on this forum. So, sorry, if I don't follow your logic.
Its 7 years and not 9 years as the OP has mentioned. As far as I know, the reputations from earlier system was converted to likes in the new system. So, if OP has just 1 like, it means he/she had only less reputation. No one is f**cked by the move except for lot of spammers and scammers
I can't believe it. You spent 9 years and you have only 44 posts ? Or you don't have anything to say or you just made your account and let it there. I made this account like 1 year ago and I guess that 100+ threads / year is acceptable even tho a normal member should to at least 1 thread/working day
Number of posts has nothing to do with reputation or getting established. Op can even get established with a single **likeable** post.
If Shaun was only motivated by money we would all have to pay to register. Last time I checked it was free to join.
True that. The Warrior forum is charging money for you to get in the 'good area' so called the War Room they did that to fight spammers while saying when people pay for something they respect it more
