    Yes, you can..

You can buy the traffic from any ad source like adwords, adcenter, Kanoodle etc etc..

Its only the source which can get you banned.. If you go for a cheap traffic exchange or auto surfer sites.. there are chance that you will get banned. But if the source is reliable you are safe..

yea its a matter of time, they will find a link to your banned account sooner or later. its a waste of time trying to get back into google if your banned, try using adbrite or all the other options. ive found that alot of publishers prefer adbrite now

I think buying traffic is the reason for banning.

Traffic is not equal to clicks right?
Why will they ban you for traffic?

Many, many bans recently happened due to buying traffic. And that was not PPC traffic as far as I understood from these threads.

About reinstating - don't even think about opening another account with a relative, especially if your wife surname is the same as yours. As for IP-address, I beleive it cannot be the issue. In a big city with many users working with the same ISP, the duplicate IPs can not be avoided. As you know, dial-up and VPN connections have dynamic IP addresses.

A big catch - don't use a proxy while applying.

And another catch, bear it in mind - if the domain is registered for your name, you are f*ucked, 100%. Double check this before reapplying.

I'm trying to find out why this happened to me also. I bought adbrite ads recently. That is OK right? I mean, we CAN advertise to promote our sites, can't we.

I am in the appeal process also. What a crock.

I was banned last year. Recently I asked my husband to apply, use his sister's address, his bank a/c, his DOB, signed up from another computer, use a new domain name, new website... one week after the application, adsense wrote to say my application has been declined. I don't know if it's website specific (but my website is content site) or they managed to trace the association.

bybcous - last year I did reapply the 2nd time after i got banned. They approved me. AFter two weeks, they closed my a/c again siting relation to the old a/c..becos i was careless and did not change my address. let me know how your a/c goes.

I applied again with my sister name and address, different country;)

They accepted after 24 hours and as now it seems it is working.

I'm using the same websites although one (the culprit) I took out the ads.

Use your wife's name and her address, get a new domain and apply adsense again.

you can start a small business and get a tax I'd number for that business and accept the google check in the business name. I never did it before but I heard it works.

Hey .. I was ban from adsense a while ago myself. I made the mistake to register my website on traffic exchange websites which wasn't allowed.

It was a bummer because i never thought i was doing anything wrong:D

Well, to answer your question. I can open a new account on someone elses name but when you ad the code to the website that was banned they will pick it up so fast and get banned again.

If it's for a new website it may work but dont use the same bank details
which you used for the banned account

I hope the best for you mate

    Cheers

I read from somewhere on what to do if adsense reject your application. it says to apply under blogger (after putting some content of course). You should get approval within 2 days.
Question: once I get the code fr. blogger, if i apply it on the 'rejected' site, will adsense pick it up and ban the ads on the website? How abt. if i apply on a third or 4th website, do they actually come around and check every website or is it once approved, they don't check your subsequent websites where adsense is added to?

Thanks. I put in a lot of hard work on my website and unfortunately adsense doesn't approve it. If I want to keep the content of the website yet want to make it 'new' to adsense, will it work if i change the domain name but keep it's content.
Once My adsense if approved thro' other means ie. blogger, i paste the code to the new domain name site, does it work that way?

It's true that you can relatively easily get approved with a blogger blog. Once you are approved you can put the adsense codes on your other sites. Just remember, though, that if there is something on your original site that breaks the Adsense TOS, it is likely that you will eventually be found out and your account could possibly be banned. That seems to happen around the time the first check is sent out. Personally, I'd recommend trying to figure out why Google isn't approving your current site, then fixing it so it's approved.

Carefully read both the Adsense terms and conditions and the program policies. Your web site must also adhere to Google's webmaster quality guidelines. Read and understand those rules (and any other linked material), revise your website accordingly, and you should be approved.

Regarding being banned, be sure you haven't done any of these things:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms
    In terms of traffic sources:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/supp...&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link
Getting traffic to your site by purchasing adwords does not violate these terms, because visitors only arrive on your site after clicking on the advertising link. They presumably have a genuine interest in your site. Purchased traffic, on the other hand, comes to your site without having any particular interest in your content. So having people click on an advertisement for your site should be OK, but paying people to visit is not.

maybe you can take a look at my site and make a guess why google didn't approve me. In their email, they say :
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. After reviewing your application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our
programme criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our
    programme.

We have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the
effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as for our
advertisers. We review all publishers, and we reserve the right to
decline any application. As we grow, we may find that we are able to
expand our programme to more web publishers with a wider variety of web
    content.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding
the specific reasons for our decision. Thank you for your understanding."

I had written to them concerning the reason why they reject, but in their email, it is stated that they may not respond to inquiries, so I am not very hopeful...that they will give me any reply...:(

Hey your website looks good to me and i cannot see any reason for
google not to have their ads on your site.

What i will suggest is to start that website over on a new domain
and if your lucky to get approved again not to place the code on any of your other websites where you may have placed it before ... Google has a way to find these things out.

Just think of all these people that was unfairly banned ...(me included) for in-valid clicks. Now, it just shows you that google takes adsense very seriously so dont give them any reason to ban you again for a stupit mistake that you may be linked to a banned account.......... Start over fresh

Once again... dont use any of the details you used to open your adsense account the first time. Ask your wife, sister or brother to open an account on their name .

I myself think that google is a bit harsh on some people to ban their accounts
without any warning. I, for one didn't get a warning so i couldn't even investigate the problem and try to correct it....... No, they just ban me and didnt want to hear anything i had to say.

I have this feeling that MSN is going to give google competition once their ad publishing network get launched. Well, thats just what i think... or maybe hope because there is no other decent ad publishing network out there

    Good luck once again
