Well I have been approved with a video blog My video blog is a site with hundreads organized youtube embed videos about Avril Lavigne into sections, and also embed video from Dailymotion and metacafe when are blocked on Youtube Im one of the biggest Avril Lavigne content collectors, own 7 youtube accounts with just Avril's videos, I redirect this traffic to my site in videos description, I have about 1,4 Tb of Avril stuff (lives, concerts, interviews, documentaries,...) Most of the people says that I cant monetize with adsense If I dont have original contents Well, can I be banned from adsense if I will keep the site as it is? I think if it has been aproved, cant be banned because it's content, no?
You get a YouTube.com partnership when you get large traffic, Google owns YouTube.com now, Google allows channel owners with large traffic to use AdSense to monetize. YouTube.com policies which is part of (Making Money from Your Videos - AdSense) prohibits publishing someone's else video contents and monetize from it. Unless you stop monetizing from these stolen videos, YouTube will ban you, and Google as well ... Take my advise and don't wait until you are eligible to cash-out then suddenly get banned ...
I embed the videos on my site, there is nothing to do with youtube partnership I also use dailymotion and metacafe in some videos If they approve I think its nothing wrong, My site really looks like videoblog with thumbnails, there is nothing hidden Its not a blog with embed video in posts It would be really awkward if I would be banned because of the site I have been approved
