i've been Applied adsense 8 times and non of them have been approve???

    If he is applying from India or China, that is indeed correct.

    (And I've noticed on the Adsense forums that Google is starting to disable the accounts of people who used the Firefox Tamper Data plugin to apply with false country information.)

    Put the domain owner ship page below the website and put the title terms and conditions and write original content and if your website is 6 months old then only your site will be approved for adsense hope this points will help you and gets you some idea.
