I've a verified PayPal but no CC in the account .. Can I add a VCC insted ????

    Hi,

    I've verified my PayPal a few years ago and i didn't use it. I have received money on it & I want to spend it now but the problem is that i need to add a CC to the account . Will PayPal accept a VCC ??

    If paypal ask for transaction proof then you need to submit Valid Credit card, so its risky to use vcc.

    I think u can use a 1 year validity vcc but its risky though
