    if anyone is going to buy from this guy - beware!

    I pmed him and he didn't want to show a screenshot of godaddy panel to prove he owns the domain and said he had 2 bin offers and the current highest offer is $5600 which just doesn't make sense.. if there was a bin offer it would have been sold already

    If he's correct in what he said, that you told him you have "2 BIN bids", why isn't the name sold? BIN means buy-it-now, which means if someone bids it, you're supposed to sell it to them. It doesn't mean take more bids.
