    i wanna advertise on this ad network "ity.im" but alot of publishers saying they didn't get thier payout form along time
    so i don't know if they are scamming everybody both advertisers and publishers or wut
    so i hope to get an answer soon from someone who advertised with them before

    they scam publishers so no one use ity.im. How can you expect traffic you want from them? so I think you will get fake traffic which means you are scammed.

    but i wanna get some traffic on alow rate
    cuz systems like google advertiser so expensive
    so i need something cheap on a low rate

    We have been using Ity and have been paid, Users who have been using software driven clicks to generate traffic are not paid because their system might be able to identify real hits from fraudulent hits.

    This user counter on the left is definitely a lie. You always have to carefull but all depends on how much money can you go away if something goes wrong. Ask yourself that and then think about advertising in here. I don't have any info about that site but it has PR4 so maybe it's not a scam

    They are a scam at least for majority of payments.

    Given mine has been "pending" for 3 months now.
