is valid the number of ads in that picture?, 3 links unit, 3 text banners, and 1 seach google, i read the google tos, and i thinks its ok, the google tos say, 3 links units, 3 banners text and 2 google search in 1 page.

First of all, you cant host 3 link unit in same page, only one is supported. otherwise they are find.
