Okay Guys, I have started blogging just few days back and want to improve the style of writing and thats why I want u to provide feedback for the latest article I have written. I didn't get any other place for this kind of request, thats why I am posting here. Please help me by giving true feedback on my writing skills. As far as your writing goes, you had some mistakes in your writing but it is good enough for Google and the average reader I think. There is definitely room for improvement but I would consider it acceptable for a normal blog just meant to pull in some basic ad revenue, if all you are looking to do is get some traffic. As far as your site design goes (since a previous poster brought it up and you seemed interested in hearing an opinion on it), I like the overall look of the site. One thing I would point out is that the header background image seems a bit... tacky (that word doesn't seem right for describing it but I can't come up with another). The other concern I would have is that I had to scroll a screen and a half down before I got past the wall of adsense and to the actual article. I am no expert in ad placement but you already have a nice banner/image ad that was displaying near the top of the sidebar. Having the top of the article a wall of adsense text just creates a big chunk of ads that I find off-putting. I would recommend that you bump your adsense block from the top to about the first third of the way down the article. Your traffic will see the "meat" of your site sooner and it has been shown that when someone is reading an article, an ad placed into the article is more likely to get read/viewed if it is where the eye naturally moves to read. I know that I saw the adblock but I couldn't tell you a thing about it because I skipped right over it. I can tell you what the sidebar ad was about and what the footer adsense was about, but even having taken notice of the adblock at the top of the article, I didn't actually read it. I just noticed that it was annoying me and felt out of place on the page, my mind deciding to skip it over without me even realizing I was making that decision until I thought back when looking to give my opinion of your site design.
@mhovingh Thanks for the review of my ads placement. I will try to move that ad inside the post somewhere after some texts.... actually I am using Quick Adsense wordpress plugin which has the option to put ads in the start of post and at the end of post.. let me see what all other options it is having... thx again
