Mine have a premiere paypal account need to downgrade to personal account, its possible ? Or i have create two diffrent account for personal & premiere. Any help will be appreciate. Thanks
You can downgrade from Premier to Personal account, but it's better to open another Personal account along with your current Premier account, as that's okay according to PayPal TOS.

To downgrade your account, you'll have to contact paypal. There is no direct option to downgrade the account. I faced similar problem when I had to upgrade to premier account to accept a credit-card payment, but instead of getting it downgraded I opened another personal account.
Only issue is with opening a second account you will need to have a second back account if you want to add that option. I was not able to use the same back account on both paypal accounts.
I don't think downgrading is better option, rather you can open another account with PayPal. PayPal allows you to open two accounts one Personal and another Premier/business account.
