    Is it a question?

Well, PayPal and Google are both seperate beasts, and I don't think they can merge in the manner you described.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Google has its own payment processing subsidiary Google Checkout...and hence even if it decides to provide online transfer, it would do so via its subsidiary and not through a competitor! :(

It will never happen since google checkout and paypal are fierce competitors.

Why would Google Inject PayPal in Adsense? Google is giant in web industry.. they can start their own Payment Processor & can beat PayPal

Only if Google buy PayPal. And for that to happen they'd probably have to buy eBay too.

    I hope they don't - I can just imagine the many I-used-a-fake-ID-and-now-PayPal-wont-let-me-withdraw-my-Google-payment threads. :D

Google won't use Google Checkout for payments - it just adds an extra unnecessary step - it's faster and easier just to deposit to your bank account as they do now.

I doubt Google will use Paypal as it makes it harder for them to verify your identity and manage fraud. They prefer sending payments to a physical address or bank account.

Even I think its not possible now for sure. But Google might come on with their own payment processor like PayPal to pay via Adsense. I think that would be good.
As Cheques take lot of time to reach and even don't reach sometimes on correct destination.:(

Its good Idea, But seems like google won't include paypal as a payment processor.
As they have their own google checkout.

I dont think since Google even dont accept Payments on Adword account from Paypal so there is no point offering Payment using Paypal. By the way they have their own network of Googlecheckout

No its not possible due to many reason such as the conflict of interest between their own processor with paypal.
And the paypal fee is too high.

google checkout and paypal are not really competitors though. I mean they are in sense that they are payment processors but one uses money they host (Paypal) while the other passes info along directly to checking account/credit card for payment. 2 very different beasts - I suppose its a matter of time until google changes a bit I guess.
