    With such a high premium, I think it is likely that Yahoo would accept! Thank goodness for a duopoly, may we have higher Adsense payment and possibly greater YPN acceptance.

    What makes you think yahoo won't accept it?

    Also if anyone knows this well. What do you think Yahoo will do?

    I hope they accept it. I love adsense. But two options, is much healthier for every webmaster.

    If they do buy yahoo. Im gonna have a party. :)

    Whatever happens I just hope AdSense will have a decent alternative.
    It's out of my mind why nobody compete with AdSense. Nobody!

    It depends on the shareholders : if price or stake is interesting enough they will bring their shares to Microsoft. Is any one here a shareholder of yahoo or do you only own Google ? :)

    Because People and Webmasters have been supporting Google too much so it's not easy for competitors ... that is to say it depends also on us all :)
