    This is great news for Microsoft. Not so much for Google and Yahoo who could be both slapped with a fine. Google not a problem (they have the cash to handle it). Although this might cause Yahoo to run to Microsoft like a little baby.

    With Microsoft's PR & lobbying effort. Yahoo & Google would it difficult to go ahead with plans.
