    You cannot get top keyword position with no follow links. These links are useful for getting traffic.

    No, no folow links never helps u to get backlinks or top position rather they may assist for brand building and getting traffic.Coz search engine never cralws them and this is for the reason they are not added to their list.

    No Follow Links are useful for you to get quality traffic for sure. But, I am sorry to say that they are of no use when it comes to backlinks. You cannot rank higher with only no follow links. Always remember, to build some quality backlink.

    No follow links can be counted for backlinks but it will not help for keyword ranking. But it can drive traffic and popularity.
