    For what it's worth I'll give you the benefit of my advice. Your two skyscraper units are both the wrong colour and also not really placed very well. My advice would be to change the colour so they match the links on your website, at the moment they don't look like they are part of the website. Also try and match the text size and font, this way you can get the units to blend in nicely. You've got a banner at the top which does seem to blend in okay, however I don't think this will get many clicks, add links that are above the fold but below the navigational menu normally do quite well. You might want to consider putting an AdSense block units at the very bottom of your page, these normally do very well. I would try to work in a rectangular ad unit underneath the photos that are changing constantly. Hope that helps

    The only ads you have on an actual post is the header, try some in-content ads too.
    By the way I would be careful with the stuff you post, you have articles like "Veena Malik poses nude for FHM" along with a picture. That's against TOS.

    Also on the right you label the ads with "sponsors today"
    You need to invest time and read adsense's tos, or next time we read about you, you'll be whining about losing your adsense account, simple.
