first of all, no one calls Mrs. Fantasic aka Sue Storm the "hottest woman on the planet"...since she's a character we have to assume we are talking about people in her world, not the actress.

and johnny storm is not obsessed with motorcycles, he can fly, why would he care about motorcycles?

 

Actually, if you recall back to Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Mr. Fantastic practically shouts it into the face of the general whey they battle surfer boy in the wood: "I'm engaged to the hottest girl on the planet" - was part of his speech when he put him in his place.

And if you recall back to the original Fantastic Four - not only does he make his first appearance on a motorcycle while making out with that hot chick, but he also does that fiasco at the dirtbike show in the middle of the movie.

 

I'll give you the first point. But you said he was "obsessed" with bikes. We've seen him drive cars, snowboard, and ride motorcycles.
