It's hard to optimize .xyz extension site

    Hello,

    I have been trying to sell one of my website here which have .xyz domain. I have received one offer from @andykim , but after taking 1 day & wasting my time, he come with an excuse "I am not going to buy your site, as its hard to rank .xyz domain".

    Now I would like to know from you, he is right or he just made an false excuse?

    Note:- My website is only 8 month old with 200 to 250 daily traffic coming from search engine & has an Alexa rank 3,080,068.

    Hi there,

    Ranking a site is work regardless of the domain. If you are trying to rank for a specific area, then going with a ccTLD or a geodomain might make more sense.
