Definitely...at least try to mix up the search engines...some from Google, some from Yahoo, some from MSN, etc. As far as traffic from the SEs being the best, it all depends upon the situation. A lot of my links come from sites with the same theme and they use accurate and descriptive links...that is good traffic, too. Linkbacks that you make on a blog may not be as good.

 

All organic traffic is good and better for the click value, beside it cost nothing.

well i think all traffic from search engines is harmful.Try getting your traffic from social bookmarking,and back links.

It's good but try to make another traffic sources beside google like refering sites make backlinks,list your site in web directories and try to make some links exchange that will make your traffic perfect.

 

i think search engine traffic is the best.
its people looking for what you have to offer.
not just bord clicking around other sites

 

Do you mean by 1000 unique views and 5000 page views?

It is still good because you get most of your traffic from search engine? What is your host?

 

It is good to have many visitors, but from one source : that's bad.

 

If your site is new, popularity on Google will increase its popularity among : other search engines, directories, users ...

incoming links are important... your SE traffic is good... perhaps it'll help you a lot.. but other sources of incoming links are important...
