It's frustrating, is there something wrong ?

I have his year: 273,985 impressions, 1,169 clicks and ZERO leads nor sales.

There was only one lead that happened almost after I started last year.
Do you have similar behaviour ? I think of removig CJ. I see no point in showing those ads.

 

There is nothing wrong with CJ or you.

I'm making money with CJ, just try to find the right Advertiser for your site.

What is your site? Maybe I can indicate a good advertiser for your site.

 

You sound like you're in the same boat as me.. and Like I said in another post they have people to tell other people how great the program is for the affiliates and this is a good example.. note the first answer you got from your post.

 

It all depends on your users and your site. For example I have 2 sites #1 is a music download site and #2 is a real estate site. Site #1 gets a zillion views but 0.00 sales, cause the people looking at it are looking for free stuff. Even my adsense revenue for that site stinks, 1000 clicks gets me like 18.00. Now site #2 does not get 100 visitors a day, but I am getting 2 or 3 leads a day from it because people are looking to buy or rent etc. I found Apartments.com is pretty good. $10.00 a lead. And my secondary revenue from adsense and YPN is also much higher becasue 1 click on the real estate site is worth 25 on the music site.

 

I was making next to nothing with CJ for a long time, then I eventually discovered that only highly targeted ads will work on my sites.

Takes a lot of experimentation to find the right programs for your sites. I still have sites with cj ads that are highly focused, but make $0, so there's some luck involved with achieving success with cj.

Not very targeted, that's your problem. Is it cluttered with other ads? Niche markets are what to target, get a theme and stick with it.
