It's expired..

    I've found a nice domain which is expired, on the page it has option to renew it but im not the previous owner. When i try to reg it, it has backorder, but will i be able to get it?? :confused:

    For .co.uk there's a 90 day grace period during which the previous owner can cough up the dough. Only after that does it become available.

    If you want it then try to backorder it.

    There's no guarantee you're going to get it though, it may just get kited forever as well so it never truly comes available.
