It's effects on website rank if sitempa error is showing in webmaster tool ?

    My webmaster tool is showing xml sitemap error in webmaster tool. I have been submitted these all before a year even there is no change in websites url.

    Have you tried resubmitting it? If not do it, or if that doesn't work make a new sitemap, because this can affect your rankings, google doesn't like 404 pages.
