I have been having many problems with a range of iwebtools the past few weeks or so. None of the google-related ones seem to work properly anymore.

I only expect PR6 and that is enough for me.

Actually, since PR is a function of probability, I wouldn't be surprised with PRs more than 10. It follows logic that its easier to create probabilities within range of 1-100 (because it can easily be converted to %age), and then scale it down from there.

For example, if you have a large-enough scale system, you can calculate your own PR, and give it a score upon hundred, and then scale it down to 10 for easy understanding. i.e. 64 = PR of 6.4.

The reason why the scoring isn't done to the scale of a hundred is because the last value is not vital/significant enough, a PR of 64 and 65 isn't significant enough to make a differentiation, though PR 6.4 and 6.5 is enough to make a differentiation. (Though I have reasons to believe that the rounding is slightly weighted at the top)

    Cheers
