Well that is strange now isn't it.. Bush and Hitler are actually on opposite ends, Jesse jackson and Hitler have more in common. Both are racist and get people to believe everything they say. You forgot Americans, until 10-15 years ago. America wouldn't give visa to Jews during WWII. During cold war being Jew was considered as bad as being a communist.
I think still most upper class Americans (Republicans) and lower class people look down on Jews while official republican policy is pro Israel.
