As you can see, it's already started to inded Google, and Google only.

I am getting a new design, as this one sucks.

 

How come google doesnt come #1 for Google its just all the extra pages like "groups" etc.

there will be a google killer when who knows but im sure there will be as everyone said it wont be over night and im fore sure it will take some $$$$ to do

Nick, no offense, but you are totally wasting your time even trying to build a google killer. Google is now a household name, it's in the news, in the modern technology. You don't stand a chance whatsoever. You would be better off buying a lottery ticket, and convincing yourself you are going to win.

However, on another note, why not create some kind of Niche search engine? I have read several articles on niche search engines, and they seem to be the way forward if you are looking to go into search engines. If you have a good search script, put it to good use, make it unique. Don't just create another overall search engine

Right, when anyone is close enough to challange google, they will buy you or cut you down some way. They are way to big to challange
