Hi, I need a little help here.
I found alot of threads on DP regarding this, but I still am abit confused.

Basically I just received a warning from Google, indicating that my site has received some invalid clicks. Prior to that (for the past week), I have been e-mailing Google on several occasions. I raised my concerns to them regarding:
    - some fluctuations in my earnings.
    - someone advertising one of my sites in a traffic exchange program. I noticed this from Analytics.
    - some measures I would like to take in order to prevent invalid clicks and preserve my account.
    - the status of my account.

All these queries Google has replied with positive feedback, other than my account status as they cannot disclose the information for now.
But today, they still came with an e-mail saying that I have invalid clicks.

    What can I do now?
They mentioned that if I get invalid clicks again, they will ban my account. Though I've sent them various e-mails whenever I find something fishy, and though they have replied all the e-mails (I noticed some were probably just templates, only a few are human-replied). I'm afraid that their support dept, report dept, and clicks dept don't really liaise with each other. Or worse still, they have too much on their hands and would care less about my account.

I will send them another e-mail to clarify, but what do I say in the message?
    Pls help~

Wow, that sucks. You should check your logs and try to find anomalies. Look closely at your referral logs, see if there has been a rash of new referrals from one location, go there, see what's going on, things like that.

    Hope it works out.

There's got to be some way for the three departments to communicate and work with one another, right?

    I appreciate all the comments.
But what should I write to Google? What should I tell them...
    Or just leave it?

I don't have any specific advice...other than to just be as open and honest as possible. And make it as apparent as possible that you're a respectable participant in their program and trying to make right by it and follow all of Adsense's rules and procedures. And make sure you have a log of all of your correspondance with them - and perhaps make note that whenever you were suspicious of invalid clicks that you were proactive in notifying them.

I've never had to really correspond with them, but from what I've heard/read from others it's a frustrating task -- so I wish you the best of luck.

I'm agree with demmi1. Put off your adsense from your page(s) if it's possible, at least until you can take a measured action on this situation.
I never got a quick response from adsense team, so it can be too late.
