The days the income is lower only drives me to work harder... that way the low days are still quite good.
Has your traffic dropped off or just your clicks? If it is just the clicks then experiement with different positions. Also swap them over for affiliate links to see if there is an improvement.
Increase relevant traffic to your site. Blend your ads into your site. Make your ads appear "above the fold"
these kinds of stories are getting more common I hope that it doesn't get worse, imagine if next year was even worse than now?
The only time these stories occur is because "said person" wasnt able to spark up anything interesting to top other sites. You need to find that "thing" that makes people go wild and makes them come to your site instead of another site.
Adsense is very unstable sometime i get $40 per day and sometimes $3.. with same number of clicks and page impression
i never had a 0 earnings day since i started in june (knock on wood) but there are days where i'll have only a dime (10c). today, i'm having one of those days. just a few days ago i got several bucks. i agree, adsense can be a very unstable source of income. kinda makes me think i'll never get to the hundred buck payout.
I go days at a time without a click. My CTR is under 1% - don't feel so bad, there's always people out there doing way worse than you ;D
its common since adsense shows highest payback ads first, so expect a boost of income everytime a higher payer advertiser fill his funds :>!
