started a blogspot 3 weeks ago, did social bookmarking, seo , only earn $1+. is this consider good for the start of it? or can it be better ?
Via Adsense ? It is normal, for a blog that is only three weeks old. Money doesn't grow on trees my friend, and the world of Adsense is no different.
id say it is good, how are you earning google adsense? impressions? i prefer bidvertiser when i used blogspot becuase i could go manual and get adverts that were actually intresting to my target market, rather then google ads that were of a variation of the true meaning to my blog (use google adsense now for my site)
hey, thanks for replying, i thought i was doing bad yeah, i go for adsense total impression 1612 , 6 clicks , 0.37% page ctr , 0.77 % cpm , earning $1.23
It's nice... not bad but also not impressive! Keep on going and you'll earn more... if the content is nice to
Your doing fine. Keep adding content and maybe try moving the adsense around/ changing colors to see if anything gets higher clicks
Take these types - Keep blogging, thus increasing your content and inner linking - Increase your inbound anchor links, thus increasing traffic, which in a way increases $$ and link baiting - If you achieve link baiting, then it will reflect with an increase in the inbound links, now all you are left to do is just keep posting content. Thats the basic setup thanks
yeah for a new blog that is pretty good, I think my first blog took nearly 2 months to make it past the $1 mark. it gets better with time though...good luck!
If this is your first website/blog then you have to give things time. Tweak what you have done and see if you can make anymore than that, making money isn't an instant process, it does take some hard work Cheers Wardy
happy to see so many positive comments, will continue to work hard so far i have used jumptags/digg/reddit for backlinks, anyone gt other good recommendations
You need to work on ad placement, 0.37% CTR for a blog is pathetic, though very much in line with what you get if majority of your traffic comes through social bookmarking websites.
