Lol mate - Thought you would do just that little research before ........... Just check the picture/screenshot he/she posted and the highlighted keyword phrases! Is it some type of viral marketing by the OP?
Here is the search term which i used in google... http://www.google.co.in/#hl=en&q=ho...=0c&oq=how+to+sell+ebooks&fp=354b95d125c714da
Here is the same result that I am getting PS: Also check his site -- advising people of how to earn Rs. 2000/- day (=$40 roughly). Might no be big in he country of Uncle Sam - but very very good out here. If he knows the tricks .............. why............???
Wow this is really cool, Im not getting the results in my google. I guess different data centers give different results.

I can able to answer for your question. But MODs will ban us. I am willing to save your DP account. Get into the Topic.
There are called Rich Snippets. http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/05/introducing-rich-snippets.html
great find rustybrick.. i was about to research more on that becuase i know for the fact that google code has the some thing simillar i had previously seen. good job mate.
I have some questions about the snippets: It looks like that the rich snippets are disapeared out of the organic google results. Is this true ? Do you get rich snippets only when adding some code (microformats etc.) or do you also have to have an license from a third party that keeps record of your reviews? For example tweakers and trustpilot. And whats the diffrence between the stars that appear in the SEA and in the organic ? Thanks!
I think I saw such things before but don't remember what keyword I used to search. But some softwares like xmarks.com will make the search result something different like adding preview of the site in the left and ratings. Hope this shines some light.
I think i saw that rating stars on other cnet products on google. What i think of that its that because of google liking CNET they did that for them.Thats what i think its about.Anyways this thing its not that rare anyway because i have seen it before and i dont use google too much Good luck
Check out the search result for wealthyaffiliate.com review arround in the middle of the results with a domain reviewopedia.com But what is its significance?
