    Yes, pretty sure that this is allowed as long as the Adengage ad's don't look intentionally like the adsense adverts.

    yes , it's allowed to use adengage and adsense but you have different styles for both of them

    As far as it's not contextual and doesn't "look & feel" like AdSense - yes it's allowed.

    Yes, just try and make sure they don't look too similar. To be honest you would probably get away with them being quite similar (unless someone reported you) but I suppose you should try and make link colours different so they have nothing to ban you about.
