Its a start...?

    Hello guys,

I have read about Clickbank and CJ for a while now but never got around to actually doing something. But today, I took big strides :)

I have registered an account with Clickbank and I bought a domain.

But now I'm stuck. My domain is fastonlinemoney.net. Its pretty much filled with keywords I think. Anyways, I have a few questions.

Should I put up a site with lets say the top 3 or 5 clickbank products and write articles about them? Then send Adword traffic to them? or should I submit the articles to article directory sites? I was also thinking just having a site that said something about one product and then have the hop link at the bottom or something and then send adwords traffic to it?

What do you guys say I do?

    Thanks

What you can do is use that domain as a landing page, which reviews top 3 products in the niche, and then send traffic using various methods....

It can be articles submitted to articles directories, as you said, or you can try Adwords, but keep in mind, that "make money online" niche and Adwords is like rocket science, and it costs A LOT.

Yeah sure, you can easily have someone write your reviews, or do it yourself it you`re good at writing.. you need some quality content on your landing pages, think about some great products to promote.. do some research before you even start, target your keywords wisely... and expect to make money in a few weeks or months, it all depends on how you manage to promote your website..

if you`ll be using PPC everything can be easier.. but more expensive.. :)

So what direction should I head in if not the make money online niche? Any ideas on what I should start with as a noobie? How should I do research for a good product?

    Thanks guys,

This is just my opinion....but if you are just starting out, I recommend for you to get in "problem solving" niches. Things like cure this, fix that, etc. Those types of niches usually have low competition and are in high demand with consumers.

Ok so heres what I have done so far.

I downloaded a template and edited it so it looked pretty good, I must say.

I have 3 clickbank products on the main page and then a section for "all products". I plan to test out with different products in the future.

The three products right now have a short description of the product and a "View More Detail" link which links to the hop or whatever you call it. I want to start off with free traffic so I plan to write some quality articles soon.

But Im not sure what I should write about now. Should it be about the specific products themselves or about the niche but include that those products are the best for that niche? Also, should I have the articles on my landing page or should I have a separate blog for that?

    Thanks,

    Heres my first landing page.

How does it look? Should I start sending traffic now?

Sure. I need the help and I'm sure others are looking for the same things. I also think that the number 1 advice I can give right now is to actually start doing something. Maybe something as simple as registering a domain. Do it and make a project out of it.

I just put some clickbank ads on two new domains. I am working hard to generate some traffic and get things rolling! This is my first experiment with clickbank and it seems as though a lot of people make good money from it - so we will see what happens.

I think you should do both. Do separate blogs for each as well as a review site. Then see what works best. If your using adwords you make sure to also use that information on where you get the most hits from so that you can use that in determining your best keywords. I hear a lot of people have success using the content network with Adwords as well. Also try other traffich methods as well, for example yahoo answers, myspace, youtube, article directories, digg, stumble...etc. and make sure you know where your traffic coms from. Statcounter(dot)com is free that's what I use.

    Hope this helps... Good luck.
