Lesson #687: Before doing business with any emerchant, contact them through their customer service link. At that time, let them know that you can only do business with an actual email address and/or phone number & physical address, not a form online that they respond to with an email that has a donotreply@... address. Make your decision on how they treat you before they've got your business. At least that way, you will have some method of contacting them if the partnership goes south. So many headaches we could have avoided, if before placing an order we checked out an emerchant's customer service. Place an inquiry about one of their products and never hear back from them, even if you bother to make a second inquiry? Real good chance that if you buy it and the product fails, you will never, ever resolve the problem.
