Itraders received but not showing up

    Dear Senior Members,

    I have sold my articles in the content section and given the itrader to the buyers and similatly they have also given me.

    I am facing a problem that 6 postive feedbacks are being shown on my page when I click the number , but the itrader count shown is 3 instead if (alleast 5) 6.

    Any help will be appreciated

    That is because iTrader given by the same person does not count. In your case, only 3 people have given you an iTrader.

    It only counts 1 per person.

    eg. if a person gives you 10 different itraders it will only count as 1.

    There is definetely a problem with itrader system which I also experienced last week:

    One member has given me good itrader and I've received the PM and email notification for this but when I visit my itraders it is not there.

    And no, this member has never given me itrader before so this is not it.

    I believe when server load gets high and server become sluggish, some itrader records might be lost before it is written into dp completely.

    As others have said, the count only reflects the number of people who left iTrader; not the number of feedback comments received.
