some one asking you to provide him iTrader, and what he offers you is also iTrader.

 

Basically asking for an unallowed itrader exvhange, in the general chat forums?

now we wait for the mod atrol to teach him what he's done wrong.

 

You can't exchange iTraders at GC.

BTW, asking iTrader without exchange of services/good doesn't makes any sense.

Check the rules about itrader u will be more clear

 

I don't think that Itrade exchange would happen as it would be very easy to notice.
