iTrader would work better if DP Users were not afraid to give negative ratings

For $25 you sure as hell got a deal for PR5 text links, especially for the duration of 7 months.

On top of that, you DID get what you paid for: the lifetime of the PR5 site (in Joe's hands).

Being that said, for $25, you really got a good deal and on top of that a great lifetime for your link to be up there while the site was in Joe's hands.

I could understand if you complained over $150 and the link was removed within 2 months but 7 months for $25 is a bit ridiculous to complain over, especially when Joe did have your link up for the lifetime of HIS site.

Demanding a full refund is just silly...you definitely got the value out of your link.
I really can't see why one would complain.

Lifetime = Um Lifetime.

You should never advertise a service or product for lifetime if you know there's a slight chance you will sell it. Why not advertise 6 mths, or 12 mths, even at that period it would of been a good deal at $25.

 

Funny coincidence, the person who left negative iTrader for me also called me a 'Scammer', not surprisingly, that person was sundaybrew.

As the comment and the negative iTrader was clearly unfair, it would be good if the moderators would look into sundaybrew's 'mis-use' of iTrader.

 

I see that dude, I checked the trader rating at " http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=344687 " , seems like sunday was not even involved in the trader, so how and why would he leave itrader, that surely is misuse, unless you had a contract via pm, if so sunday should tell us all if there was infact any agreement between you and him otherwise it surely is itrader abuse by sunday.

Also i noticed The biography needs to be at least 400 words. was the deal and his comment said on -ve trader " Beware Scammer!!!!!! Produced 100 word article did not pay!!!!! BEWARE! "

When the contract was for 400 words why would you pay for 100 words is something i fail to understand, but maybe some moderator will be able to sort that out for you , talk to sahrak or smyrl . They are just too good of a moderator here.

I sent you a 1000 word article and you kept it and you never paid me,

But i am not sure whats happening or whats up moderators should be able to sort this issue and the one responsible for either abuse or trying to destroy other members image banned. But in either way some sort of justice will prevail.

And i hope you 2 both have solid proofs.

There was like 4 lines that matched copyscape ,

because of award names,

The other 900 words were unique

The "100" was supposed to be "1000"

I have the right to leave I trader like everyone else

I also have got a profile infraction, so the mods have delt with me

Sunday, rule of business states you do the job 100% or do not do it all, overdoing any job does not get anyone anywhere. I have tried the overdoing job method and speak from experience. I think the contract was about 400 Words? Why did you not just do what was asked for 400 words that is, and not write 1000 words, thats what got you into trouble, cause some punny lines got matched. And out of 1000 words 99% were free of copy, but still not 100%.

So if stevie is like a professional businessman i see where he is coming from and understand him, but hey not everyone is as understand as me or yourself or anyone else. Business means business. And that is the reason i never do my coding work or anywork in advance, i ask for full payment in advance and only upon that i begin any of my coding work for anyone, no exceptions. Hopefully you will use that method next time.

And please stop flaming guys in this thread, discuss privately and with some moderator to resolve this issue.

Using 'Derek' 33 times - mostly at the start of every sentence - in an article is very poor writing.

sundaybrew, I too will be interested to see if the moderators find a deleted post flaming you, as I know for a fact I did not write one. Therefore you're either mistaken or lying.
